I have to reduce my sleeping time. Many useful activities i can do.
I usually spend 7 hours for sleeping more or less. Not much. That's the normal time to sleep. But somehow i feel it takes much time for me.
Oke..
First, dont reduce the sleeping time a lot. Slow down. If it work then increase the time.
Maybe i'll try 30minutes for the beginning.
My target is 5 hours for sleeping.
